"Woodszz. Excellent quality"

Curb appeal was lovely. Kerry was very welcoming. . Nothing was to much trouble. Offered advise on where to eat out. Room was immaculate. Decor was beautiful. Little touches made it special. Bottles of water free to take. Light had a fan with it. Very much needed. Detailed mirrors, vase of flowers, complementary tea, coffee, biscuits, herbal tea. Towels were thick, very good quality. Mattress was very comfortable. Breakfast, plenty of choice. Light breakfast, continental or full English. All very good quality. Nothing was to much trouble. We have stayed in a lot of b and b's in Whitby but this beats them all. Will definitely be going back. Thank you Kerry for a lovely stay.

"Excellent"

Large room and comfy bed. A good range of fruit at breakfast.

I wasn’t given the access code until the day of arrival. I would have preferred a more fail safe approach because there could always be technical problems or personal difficulties that day.

😀Good location Very clean and comfortable rooms Very good breakfast Kerry and Jason were very friendly and welcoming Would have liked a mini fridge in room to keep a pint of milk as not keen on uht milk but that’s a personal preference
