Lovely, very well cared for (both the property and the guests) place. Would definitely return.

My only comment is I would have liked a bigger shower but with such a house, don’t know how they could fit that in!

the hotel is really clean, we were in room 1 and although it was quite small, it had everything we could possibly need. I loved the decoration, even the glittery ceiling! The fan in the ceiling light was a godsend in this weeks very high temperature. Most of all I'd like thing thank the manageress for taking my disability into account and making sure I had the room that was nearest the ground floor

Kerry and Jason were the perfect hosts, friendly, very welcoming and very helpful with recommendations for places to eat and local attractions. The room was modern, clean and extremely comfortable and the remote control for the lighting and ceiling fan was extremely useful, particularly in the very hot weather. There was also an extra fan and heater in the room though neither were needed during my stay. A ready supply of tea and coffee was available. The free bottled water available for all guests, in a fridge outside the rooms was a very nice touch and ideal for an excursion in searing heat. The breakfast was fantastic. All in all, it was a fantastic stay and will be my first choice of accommodation on any further visits to Whitby.

Friendly and approachable host who answered all my questions. I'm sure the breakfast would have been wonderful but I left at 5.45am and slept till check out on the second day as there for a long distance walk event so missed breakfast. I had the single room with a really comfy bed and bedding. Very hot night so the ceiling fan was a welcome addition. Lots of tea and coffee, biscuits and hand soap provided. Really good shower which was a massive bonus.

I did know this so not a complaint but just because we want reviews to help others. On street parking (you need a pass £5 - bargain) but it can be hard to get close. I have a very small car so squeezed in :-)

Very friendly and welcoming great attention to details the breakfast was fantastic as was the level of service and the room was great all set out nicely and even had our own coffee machine with pods provided. Jason and Kerry are lovely people and made our stay a very comfortable and very pleasant stay may thanks 😊

Kerry was excellent! It's a wonderful place to stay! Incredibly clean, with a lovely breakfast! This dear lady pulls out all of the stops to make sure your stay is perfect! The location is also ideal! If l ever return to Whitby, then this is the place that l will stay...A massive Welsh 'Diolch/Thank you 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

There wasn't anything to dislike!

Everything was spotless and Kerry was the best host ever.
