Muy mala experiencia. Por un lado, en cuanto a accesibilidad es nulo: todo funciona con paneles táctiles y video-porteros. Por otro lado, tuve que llamar 6 veces la misma tarde/noche porque los códigos de las puertas no me funcionaban, me dieron 3 códigos distintos y con ninguno se abrían, siempre tenían que abrirme ellos para entrar; al final tuve que ir al otro hotel que tienen a la mañana siguiente para que me atendieran presencialmente y me activasen una tarjeta de aproximación para poder abrir las puertas.
