"Frustrating to access"

The room was clean. The location was good and central.

It had a very difficult, frustrating and unsatisfactory registration process. There is a call centre via a screen at the entrance. We were not given correct information. Codes we were given did not work to access the reception area. As it was a remote call centre the staff were not familiar with the facilities and layout of this hostel. I would not recommend.

I was a bit worried about check in after reading reviews but it was very straightforward and nothing to be concerned about at all. Ring bell you get let into building. Second floor you ring bell again to be let into lobby. In lobby you interact with a real person albeit via a screen. It works well and we were i. Our room within five minutes. Room lovely.

It was all good. Would have been nice to have a coffee and tea point (vending machine?) in the social room but I’m being picky as it’s surrounded by cafes

"espacio cómodo"

la ubicación y las instalaciones. es muy cómodo que te atiendan con app

el problema es que no se indica en la información que es una calle peatonal y llegar hasta allí con un coche es complicado porque hay que recorrer un largo espacio peatonal. si además vas muy cargado como fue nuestro caso es una complicación añadida

La situación

Aunque se sabe que no hay recepción no es posible esperar una llamada no recibida por una consulta relacionada con el aparcamiento y no está bien esperar para acceder al recinto y para hacer el check in .

Por poner un pero el registro. No hay nadie, hablas con una persona a través de una pantalla pero todo fue bien
