Room was large and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I think the £30 additional charge for a dog was excessive for an overnight stay.

We arrived quite late and were checked in quickly. The room was large and bright and I believe the bridal suite. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

We had dinner with friends and on our return at 11.00pm we found the doors locked. We should have said we were going to be late and perhaps they would have given us a key. It was not a big issue as they quickly opened the door for us. The room ( 9) was extremely hot and we could not turn down the radiators and the towel rack was very hot. The room was at a very high temperature but we opened the windows. Again not a complaint but an observation that you are wasting energy and money . I did report it at checkout.
