Ottima posizione dell’alloggio per la motivazione del soggiorno

Inesistenza di personale, solo un numero di telefono a cui rispondono, a distanza. Richiesto il check-in anticipato per un evento che aveva inizio alle 16 a cui hanno dato risposta positiva in merito. Il giorno dell’arrivo in struttura scopriamo che non era stato impostato il codice di accesso come arrivo anticipato. Siamo rimasti fuori dalla camera senza poterci preparare dalle 13.30 alle 15.30, facendo tardare momenti dell’evento organizzato. A conclusione, non hanno cercato nessuna soluzione al problema, anzi hanno addirittura cercato di far ricadere la problematica su di noi dicendo che non avevamo avvisato dell’evento particolare (cosa assolutamente non vera). Uno scaricabarile continuo.

Camera spaziosa. Bel bagno grande.

La pulizia, polvere e ciuffi di capelli per terra, qualche ragnatela sui muri. Il frigo vuoto, neanche una bottiglietta di acqua. Colazione, a meno che non si dovesse fare altrove, non c'era. in camera c'era solo un bollitore con qualche bustina di thè.
