Beautiful location. It was very difficult to do the check in because of website issues. I wish there was an alternative to the website only check-in. It was also difficult to find the keys to get into the apartment, because it was night and rainy.

The villa has great views of the surrounding hills and wineyards. The staff that we could find was very helpful. We have a baby and were in need of a kettle or a water heater of some sort (which we thought would be available in the room, as in most standard hotel rooms). There was none in the room and the staff brought us a coffee machine that we could use to have hot water.

The place is in Entratico in a small town, with not many restauration possibilities. The villa serves events but rents out the rooms when there's no event. The issue is there's no restaurant, nor breakfast in the villa. As the place is a small town, there's only one restaurant in the vicinity that is always full and a coffee bar where one can get sandwiches... We would have really appreciated having some food options in the villa. The room itself is very basic (compared to how the villa is, the views, etc. that's a pity) there's no kettle, no fridge, no table, not even a bottle of water in the room.. If there's no food at the villa, at least the room should be equipped enough for survival... Access for reduced mobility (wheelchair, baby stroller, etc.) is also not an option. All in all, beautiful location, helpful staff, but disappointing facilities. I would not recommend staying at this place if there's another option.

Very pretty property with a huge a beautiful room. Very quiet at night, perfect for a relaxing stay.

The check in wasn’t the smoothest and the bed is quite big but not super comfortable.
