Attempt to charge $400+ for repair to entry door which was pointed out to host in person and was told it has been broken for quite some time. Claim for damages was made a week after checkout.

Front door damaged. Half of the PowerPoint in the apartment weren’t working. Dishwasher leaks. Stains on dining table and desk in the kids room.
