Lovely 2-bedroom apartment, breathtaking view!

It would have been nice on a non rainy day

The key collection was horrible, I couldn’t locate the key box, it was attached to a bin in a back dingy alley and as it was raining I got soaked. The front door doesn’t close properly and needs manipulating. As you need the key card to get up the lift you leave the other guest in the dark apartment when you need to go out. There is no provided parking. The emails sent are overkill and there were about 5 reminders not to disturb the neighbours. The heavy rain came through the second bedroom window and the carpet was wet in the morning. Very unpleasant stay caused mostly by the arrival experience.

Location was very close to the venue I had workshops at. The view was beautiful though I only saw it in the early morning and late at night. The shower was good with great shampoo, conditioner and shower gels were very nice as was the kitchen products. Owner was very supportive and professional with regards to a couple of issues I raised. Sky Bus is right outside the door so direct transport to Melbourne Airport (2 hours away). Overall a lovely place to stay. I'm sure there's lots to do in the area but I didn't have time to check them out. Shopping center is within walking distance, loads of places to eat.

Good location

Weird and difficult entry requirements for a family as only 1 key access provided. And it was needed to operate electrics and lift access. No laundry facility.

Good location for what we needed. Close to Frankston Train station and supermarkets and shopping centre.

Need to go on a bit of a hunt following the clues for the key. (in another street attached to a public rubbish bin - don't arrive in the dark is my advice). Only one key which runs the power. So if you split up and some want to go out and some stay in... if the ones going out take the key (to get back in through the reception and elevators which require the key) then the people left in the apartment can't have any power or lights or aircon or TV. There are meant to be some lamps that don't require power but only one of them worked. Kitchen is very minimal - can't cook much there. One of the beds we'd booked for wasn't made up or didn't have any linen so we had to call and get the cleaners back to make it up. So I'd advise you to check ahead before you arrive to remind them how many beds you need.
