Lovely 2-bedroom apartment, breathtaking view!

Issues discussed with owner

The room itself was good, and pretty simple to use the facilities. The view was lovely.

The host had the key locked on a bin outside of the apartment building, It felt a little strange to be collecting the key from a rubbish bin. The car parking around the area is metered, and no overnight parking before 6pm. This would make it hard if you checked in before 6pm as you would have to move your car every hour until 6pm and move it before 10am the next day.

The intrusive monitoring of noise. The front door falling off its hinges and not closing. The disgusting state of the balcony & furniture No parking

Central to Frankston restaurants, pubs and the beach

Having to dress down the beds and take out the rubbish and being charged $100 for cleaning fee , feel like we had to do all the work and get charged anyway

The view and space for family.

No car space, collecting keys was not easy. Too much information was sent, one email with main points would be sufficient. Too expensive for the no car space and being expected to remove bed linen and take own rubbish down to another floor. Not practical with 2 children and our bags, groceries and pillows for the night to walk to and from car.
