Lovely 2-bedroom apartment, breathtaking view!

Spacious unit, very clean, modern fit out. One query for the owner was answered very promptly. We always found a carpark in the underground carpark

There was only one key card which was awkward when one person wanted to go out, also the room key did not work for the parking so we had to press the intercom to be let in each time. Was a little weird with the key pickup but the people were very friendly.

Size of the apartment, and the bed was comfortable.

Facilities advertised were never there, or did not work. The balcony had dangerous loose artificial lawn and the traffic noise and fumes made it uncomfortable out there. The range of kitchen utensils was very limited. We were advised in advance that parking was problematic and it was. A tv in the bedroom is expected at this price.

I booked at 11.30pm at night for 2nights - but apparently I booked it for the night when I was actually booking so how is anyone support to check-in at 12:00pm at night so even know I couldn't stay there, I was still charged for the room for the night ... Then on own third night there, my daughter & I Went for a walk to McDonald's across the road when coming back & trying to open own door but we're not able to gain access to the room at all , all night & half of the next day .. but again I was charged for the night... Both times were out of my control , & the host is responsible but when asking for a refund, I was told NO

The owner / host is so unprofessional

The views were amazing, the size was great for a family of 5 and the location was perfect.

Some of the utensils and mugs were unclean rest of the property was great.

It would be great, if the facility had some milk, and a bit of cookies or something.

It's not the guest job to remove or clean sheets and put away garbage
