"Room only"

Fresh, clean central. Easy access.

I thought I had booked breakfast but apparently not. Saw no human to try and get breakfast which was meant to be booked on arrival. Saw no signs of a breakfast room in the morning. Saved a tenner.

Good location. Easy to check in with door code and key left in door. Easy walk to restaurants and city.

Street parking free from 5:00 pm-10:00 am so parking could be difficult if arriving earlier.

"Great wee Guest House right on the edge of the city centre"

Great wee Guest House right on the edge of the city centre. Incredible value for money for a Friday night and the fact that my brother and I were given such a spacious and comfortable room! The amenities in the room were very good and the biscuits were appreciated too :-).

Parking was a little difficult as we arrived late in the evening and it would have been better to have had a bathroom in the room, but really both are minor gripes!

"Pleasant place to stay"

We liked the quaint attic twin room though glad neither of us are very tall! Secluded and quiet up there. The breakfast was good- more than just a continental.

The TV wasn't watchable which was a shame. I was concerned when I had a shower that I could easily cause a flood as water wasn't draining well (meant to mention this before we left but didn't get a chance)

"you get what you pay for"

Nice location near downtown (across the river)

staff had zero interaction with us (self check in and didn't see anyone). no hot water in the morning for our shower (brrr). room was compact, but tidy
