Reasonable price, kitchen equipment was good, we found everything what we needed. Location - near the sea a city center. Nice communication with the apartment representative.

Small mildew on walls in bathroom. Parking on the hill was big challenge.

Pretty seamless meeting at the property

The bed was horrible, the pillows were super old and lumpy, the sheets were too small for the bed so they kept coming out... Also, the main bed cover was old and had bed bugs, we had to put it in the wardrobe as soon as we got there. Not asking for anything fancy, but really with a very small investment it would make the place so much more acceptable. Finally, we found and killed two cockroaches in the bathroom, and there were so many ants everywhere. To be honest it felt like the place was not adequately cleaned before we got there. Appreciate the place was cheap, so not asking for the world, just basic hygiene and a mattress that is suitable for a couple to sleep in.

Reasonably priced, specially compared to the rest of the accommodations in Funchal, well located, only a 20 minute walk to the center, the host was lovely, the apartment is just how it looks in pictures.

The bed was very uncomfortable, there were holes on the sheets, there were dogs barking really loudly outside all night long (which I appreciate is no one's fault, but it made it impossible to sleep), it's very difficult to park outside if you have a big car.

Close to the city, 15min walk, by bus 7-8min. All apartment is well equipped, dishes, frying pan, pots etc. Nice, quiet place.Ok for short stay.

The most annoying thing during our stay was humid in the apartment. The walls were renovated but somehow places with mould still visible. It was difficult because of the smell .... And we couldn't leave the windows open all the time cause lot of mosquitos come into the apartment. No proper ventilation system, no air-conditioning and no even fan. Especially nights were tough, very hot. Not suitable for people with allergies ( a cat outside, was coming everything day, mould on the walls)
