Staff's cooperative and helping nature was too good, specially Udit's.

Helpful nature of staff and 24*7 availability.

The location is very good and the hotel staff is friendly and helpful.

I had to check out at 8:30 and I had ordered the breakfast but didn't get it coz the chef was late due to some reason.

The location is good, shared taxis are available outside for 20 rupees to mg marg. The bed was comfy and sockets by the bed, shower was very hot, shampoo and toilet roll was provided.

Pillows weren't good and it was a little noisy with the dogs and the monastery outside, always carry ear plugs in India

For ₹1700 they had promised a complimentary breakfast but when we asked for it. They denied it the first time. I asked for the second time if they are sure they do not see that I have a free complimentary breakfast in my booking. They still said no and asked if we wanted to order, they can make one and so I did. I ordered a sandwich as for me, food was more important than money. I just asked as it was given to me my booking.con for being a regular customer. But they served a pathetic cold sandwich with ice-cold cucumber and two tomato slices. Imagine getting served that on a cold rainy morning of Gangtok. I wrote the review from the hotel room itself as I was already upset about the smelly room and the dirty washroom and commode. Later it turns out, they didn't add the breakfast money on the bill and only charged for the extra tea. So that is that. But the bathroom was indeed dirty. The commode was even more pathetic. Photos shown are a proof to that. Extremely disappointed. Lastly and most importantly, dear customers, if you want to post reviews, let me make you aware of the rudest receptionist I have seen in my entire life. She will call you again and again and literally scold you for posting bad reviews. We have the right to post our experience and all I had posted was an honest review. The harassing call was not necessary. People should learn professionalism. If you can't bear bad reviews, just freaking give us clean washrooms if not clean rooms. Bathrooms are an important part of our hygiene. Well, that is all.
