"Exceptional"

We were hoping to have a nice and comfortable stay and the experience exceeded our expectations. Everyone was very helpful and we really enjoyed our stay special thanks to Mr Udit for being an excellent host. The kitchen staff and housekeeping made exceptional gestures to make our time here very memorable, kudos to the whole staff section. We ended up extending 2 more days than we had initially planned. Will surely check in at Narayani any time we are in Gantok. Must stay at THE NARAYANI CONTINENTAL....

"Hotel using old amenities."

Nothing

Everything. Hotel using torn bedsheets. Pillar in bathroom which makes you very uncomfortable. Hotel location is far away from MG road and main market.

Wonderful Hospitality was good.... The receptionist ( Udit) was quite helpful and friendly. Hotel to MG Marg with taxi it charged 20-30 rupees....by walking it takes 20-30mins..so overall it was a delightful stay...Thank you Narayani continental hotel and the staffs...will visit again..love A.M#Shillong. .

Food items and bathroom cleanliness could be better (since we're more concerned about bathroom cleanliness 😬) ...but somehow it was ok ok..
