Pas pratique l appartement loin des plages restaurant l olive incompetant et très moyen ,le personnel antipathique

Cel mai mult mi- a placut cazarea. Am avut o suita cu doua dormitoare, pe deal. Rezervasem un studio dar am avut un upgrade. A fost superb. O terasa imensa de unde puteam avea o perspectiva absolut spectaculoasa asupra golfului. Un salon foarte mare si totul mobilat cu foarte mult bun gust. - curatenia exemplara. - personalul foarte amabil - am avut garaj pentru masina - transportul catre plaja era asigurat cu masinute de golf si de fiecare data cand am solicitat au fost foarte prompti. - mancarea la micul dejun a fost foarte gustoasa. - am apreciat linistea din resort si este locul perfect daca iti doresti sa te relaxezi si sa fii departe de aglomeratie. - la Geti restaurant au un fois gras foarte bun

- Plajele sunt foarte frumoase, insa aici a fost singrul lucru care mi- ar fi placut sa fie diferit. Mai multa grija pentru ele, sa nu existe cosuri de gunoi pline sau sticle goale aruncate la marginea plajei. - Recomand cu caldura bucatarului de la terasa Argata sa fie mai putin generos cu uleiul in salate :)))

The location and the amenities.

The staff at the beach restaurant was incredibly disrespectful. The biggest problem is with their billing system when you use the room-charge option. They never give you a physical receipt, they just show you on a tablet your bill WITHOUT DISCLOSING THE TOTAL and they ask you to sign. No big deal, except they charged me 1200 BGN for 2 fish (~600€)…. The manager at the reception said (on the phone, she refused to meet in person) that all is ok, but they will check and refund the difference. 5 days later and they stopped replying to my phone calls. Very bad experience considering the resort is gorgeous!

Lovely location

The location has a natural beauty that will impress you. The beach has been kept fairly natural, which was great for us since we hate beaches that have too much human intervention.

Let's start with the main problem with the location - this is not a 5 star resort. Do not expect 5 star service or treatment, but do expect 5 star prices. If you go with kids that still use a stroller, don't - they have no ramps anywhere, but have hundreds of stairs around the resort. If you go with older kids that might want a pizza or pasta for lunch, think again if you really want to go, because the restaurant that serves pizza and pasta is closed for lunch and opens at 7pm. Also, don't bet on sleeping on the sofabed - they are very old with bad spring and the metal parts will dig into your body, as they have no mattresses on them either. If you enjoy the taste of coffee with your breakfast, DO NOT touch the coffee available for breakfast. It is the worst coffee I have ever had at a hotel. But if you order the coffee from the beach bar or the restaurant (the one you have to pay for), that coffee is ok. Not good, but ok.

Beautiful landscape, gorgeous garden and beautiful architecture. Many facilities: pools, club, spa, restaurants. Huge studio, nicely decorated.

Some protection for insects would be nice. The food at the restaurant on the beach is good but not what you would expect for such a high price. I asked for grilled fish and they brought me fried fish. And the potato chips were hard like concrete.

Friendly staff and professional treatment - some people went above and beyond. Really good food at the two beach restaurants. Their main restaurant has a beautiful garden and nice views but the food is nothing special, we much preferred the beach restaurants for lunch and dinner. their spa facilities are also nice and the gym is nice as well. stunning views from the room balcony.

We stayed at hill side and the room was spacious but the bed was terribly uncomfortable and the AC was leaking making a small pool of water on the bedside table

I liked everything. We come almost every year and we have never been disappointed. I particularly love Geti Restaurant, and i highly recommend the beef. Also don’t miss the beaches, the view is spectacular and the water is crystal clear!

I little bit of repairing/ maintenance especially in the garage at Hillside would be appreciated by guests.
