Thracian Cliffs Golf & Beach Resort

Second time this year, unfortunately inconsistent services. First time all good, second time we felt in a different place. Room furniture old, no mosquito net, 2 beds put together in the master bedroom that get separated when sleeping. Very bad service, we made reservations for Argata and Bendita beaches via the reception with written confirmation. When we arrived at the beaches we discovered we had no reservations. Moreover, at Argata the guy from the beach reception was totally unhelpful. At least at Bendida they tried to find sunbeds for us. We had children with us and we had to wait long in the sun. Again on Argata beach we made a reservation for lunch when there, but 2 hours later we were told the reservation was made at a different hour. We were 3 adulds at the bar when we made the reservation for the time we wanted, we really felt frustrated. For such messy situations the staff should apologize amd offer something complementary as in a five-star hotel.

Location is nice, lots of vegetation and natural beauty. Very good restaurant at Argata Beach.

The expandable couch needs to be changed, it is impossible to sleep in it.

Very quiet, not crowded and beautiful property.

A stage of degradation gets installed. Chipped ceramic, not working bath installations. Understaffed, and non-English speaking. The swimming pools not equipped with towels, not cleaned

As soon as you entered you realize that you are in the right place for a relaxing holiday. The resort is wonderful designed being surrounded by gardens well maintained. The hotel has two beaches but each of them has it own charm. Argata beach is smaller than Bendida but it has calm waves, cristal clear water and a beautiful scenery. The breakfast was rich including a large variety of seasonal fruits. In one of the evenings we had dinner at the Geti s restaurant wich is located right above the shore.

The staff at the reception was a little confused, but it s not about bad intention, just poorly trained .

The entrance door or the fridge door that do not close properly were some unpleasant details.
