The location was good. Close to train station and close to restaurants. The beds we’re comfortable.

There were stains on the bed spread and the lounge, but that we’re covered by a blanket. The shower and toilet leaked, so we had to continually mop up water daily, the toilet button kept falling off, only enough warm water for one person, not the four of us, the plug outlets were all different, so was hard to find the right one for our phones etc. ( they did provide three different adapters to help) but even the kettle they supplied didn’t even fit into the plug in the kitchen. We had to find one that it did fit, which turned out to be in the dishwasher plug on the floor, as there was no dishwasher there. Just a big hole where it should be. The main fridge didn’t work, so they supplied a tiny bar fridge. The noise from the upstairs neighbours went until 2am the morning on weekdays. So even though the beds were comfortable, we didn’t get much sleep.

Great location near station and a lovely little supermarket/ bar. Views of the lake.

Apartment really is in need of some attention. Sockets in kitchen don't work. Old disused fridge in kitchen has not been removed. Very temperamental shower. Other reviewers have noted these things months ago but they haven't been addressed

Easy to find, Carolina was fantastic with communication and we were able to check in easily. The property is situated right by the station and ferry making it a perfect base for travelling around Lake Como.

The property is older than it appears in the photos, and some of the facilities (kitchen and bathroom) are worn. There is no air conditioning, which was ok but a fan for the bedroom would’ve made the stay a lot more comfortable.
