Heaven Valley Resorts Vagamon

My partner and I stayed here for two nights and had a truly wonderful experience. The host—whose name I unfortunately didn't catch—was absolutely extraordinary! From the moment we arrived, he made us feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The rest of the staff were also warm, polite, and always helpful whenever we needed assistance. The hospitality truly made our stay special. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and well-cared-for getaway!

Location was good. Room was neat and clean. Food provided was good and can be rated 3/5.

They dont have own restruant. They bring the food from outside. Even though we gave the food order on morning....we got food 1 hr after the promksed time. It was same with the morning breakfast. The room provided was not habing any view. Its not worth the money.i nooked for 4500/-

The rooms had very good view of the mountains which was really nice. The room was really clean.

We checked in at the resort around 2pm and asked for drinking water but they gave us water at around 7pm, 5hrs waiting for drinking water!!! The supplies they provided for coffee and tea were expired. We had booked the room for 4 people paying extra for additional bed. They gave us the additional bed late at night. They didn’t show the decency to prepare the room before the guest arrives.
