Lots Our dated Poor shower Huge green emergency light that light up the room when your trying to sleep ( FYi) you do not legally have to have these Breakfast served too late in the morning for people wanting to go to work As a single female you are left feeling very vulnerable going to your room as it’s an open staircase that anymore has access to Would never stay there again

That I couldn’t use the property. The staff attitude to me. Refusing a refund as they said it was my fault for being 45 minutes late
GBStaff and food were excellent
Room was very small, bed not very comfy, unfortunately we stayed on a night they had a live band - very noisy. Too light in the room due to ceiling light which has to be there for the two steps in the room down to the bed. Shower very small, bath towels tiny. Tea and coffee facilities in the room but no bottles of water.
