"Owner should have been honest about the share bathroom"

Great location. Plenty of space in the room and cupboard space to store your clothes. The owner was responsive.

It was never mentioned that the bathroom is shared, which was a surprise once you get there. You got to go looking for the bathroom and I ended up opening someone else's room in the middle of the night! Bed room was cleaned up doesn't look like the linen were changed for ages and the mattress is really uncomfortable.

easy way to find apartment and quick response of the host

more pictures to really show where the room’s at. It’s like a shared apartment but the kitchen is not allowed to be used. Also separated toilet and shower also to share with other 4 Roommates. When informing about the cigarettes smell that was awful- we got accused of smoking inside.

"Crock owner, don't you ever go there."

Nothing, the owner is a crock.

There is no hotel/motel in that address, I had to call the owner. First, the owner denied that I had a reservation, and there is someone already sleeping there. He gave me another location that was wrong. I spent hours in the streets and at the end I returned back to the airport for 12h. Then he texted me on WhatsApp, telling me I didn't show up. I was stuck at the airport as a complete homeless tourist. Don't ever fall in the trap like I did

Very good service, the room was very clean. The bed was fine to sleep in. Location is great and close to the airport. I really recommend this place. it’s cheap but very nice 😊

I have lost my watch in the room.

Location right in the centre of Zurich

I'm not one to complain but checkin was the keys left on an electrical box in the street! The section of the building appears to have 3 rooms, there are no numbers and I opened the wrong door invading someone's privacy. No towels and I had to put the pillow case and duvet cover on myself. Poor effort, it's not a hotel I suspect the guy who owns it is a bit of a chancer
