Payed 113chf for a night, booked with some weeks in advance, for a room with shared toilet/bathroom while with a bit more (and if you book it some weeks before even at a lower price) you can get an hotel room with all related comforts. I come in Zurich every week and i perfectly know average cost of Hotels/apartments nearby my office. This time wanted to try something else but i made a big mistake. The description and the pictures are misleading (it was not clearly written it was a shared bathroom else i would have not book it) where the building and room are very old and dilapidated. In the price are not included towels, soap/shampoo, you have to prepare you bed where i found dirty sheet (really something unacceptable even if paying 20chf a night). Mattress and pillow were in a bad state and i slept really really bad. I would not suggest this to neither my worst enemy.
