Abhinav from hotel staff was excellent. Arranged a car for Wagah border visit

Tea / breakfast can only be ordered after 8.30am Room and amenities aren't very clean. No lifts, so had to take stairs for 3rd floor. Towels provided are messy and damp. Rooms are not sound proof, so lot of noise from corridor, vehicle beeping, dog barking.

The location is superb and just 2 minutes walk from Jaliyanwala Bagh. The staff is great and the overall stay experience was excellent.

We didn't even get to stay here...arrived and encountered the old "the room has flooded, but you can stay at our friends place" scam. Had no choice but to stay at the other place as it was night and we had young children. The room had no shower (a bucket), no toilet paper, wet towels, hairs on the sheets, a used toothbrush and was generally filthy.

Close to the Golden Temple, within walking distance. Very accommodating staff. Helped by the young, kind gentleman with transportation. They also brought breakfast to our room. You will not be disappointed

The Hotel was very noisy from guest arriving and going. The hotel has no lift, so everyone is up and down the stairs 24 hours a day due to them going to the Temple. All Indian families, so always a loud conversation on the stairs. No respect for other guest trying to sleep. Every bit of noise eckowed. Also the Beds very uncomfortable and the rooms very small. We backpacked and couldn't even open our bags the room was so small. Not good for western tourist. Sorry . 48 hours in Amritsar is more than enough to see everything, including the Waga boarder.

Excellent hotel, hospitable staff, good location, clean facilities. Mr Abhinav and his team including Mr Sunil made us very welcome. Everything was taken care of promptly and to an exceptional standard. Nothing was too much trouble. This was the perfect hotel for me and my family. Thank you for such an enjoyable stay!

The staff at reception was very casual in attending the guests.Our check out was not as it should have been.
