Great staff and location.

Rooms value for money but could have been cleaner and better towels

Room was more than adequate and quiet (being at back of building) and bathroom was a good size. Staff couldn't do enough for us - proper service including organising taxis (at good prices) and free tea and water on request. They also carried all our luggage up three flights to steep stairs and down again. Location is superb for visiting all the main sites in the area. Overall a good experience.

Room was on 3rd floor with no lift which meant a lot of climbing up and down! Could have been a bit cleaner. Shower ocassionally only luke warm. Bed a bit on soft side but nice change from all the rock hard beds we'd been used to!

Nice, clean room. Hot water, good breakfast. 10 minutes on foot the Golden Temple. Very helpful assistant.

The location was perfect as you could walk in 3 minutes to the Golden temple. It is right in the heart of Old Amritsar so you could walk everywhere and really get to see and experience Amritsar. The hotel was basic but they served room service and could help with any questions. Very easy to just walk around the temple and loads of places to eat. If you need to go further out just get into a auto rickshaw. Airport around 30 minute or less. It is basic but clean and fit my purpose.

I arrived quite early in the morning and they had no room available so had to sleep in another room in another hotel. They did mention that they have early check-ins but understand that most of the staff were sleeping. No complaints but just an observation.

Walking distance from the golden temple, partition museum etc. Yet, our room was nice and quiet! We slept well. The owner was so kind to help us with transport to the Atari-Wagah border and to give us tips on restaurant locations (definitely try out Pehelwan kulcha), and suggested us a wholesale market where we found great price-quality souvenirs.

Clean, comfy well-appointed rooms, with shower! My room (at the rear) was really peaceful. Abhinav's customer service is excellent, he really is keen that everything is perfect for the guests (his English is perfect too!). Excellent advice, service and response times over WhatsApp.
