Staff went beyond their duty to assist 😁 I am Really Appreciative to Everyone . . . A Great Place to Stay 😁

Great location literally 5min walk to the golden temple. The staff were friendly and helpful. They communicated great via WhatsApp. They would send a text every morning asking if I wanted breakfast along with many options. Also in the afternoon/evenings they would text again asking if I would like a cup of tea. The service was fantastic. Whenever I'm in Amritsar again I will 100% stay here. Really can't fault it at all.

Well located in a street off from the main square. Close to markets, Golden Temple, etc. Clean. helpful staff.

Hotel was fine. Staff had little idea of a western breakfast, although I'm sure the Indian breakfasts were fine.

Location is 5 minutes away from Golden Temple , about 20 minutes from the station & 1/2 hour from the airport with plenty of restaurants nearby . Room size was good & at no cost we got an upgrade . Bathroom small but neat. We couldn’t stay our original planned 2 nights and due to a family emergency had to leave after 1 night . Breakfast was decent we ordered 2 parathas & they were good The manager and staff were very courteous & helpful particularly in helping us with our emergency .

Location is in the middle of the market which means street noise carries on till late at night until 11 pm . If you are a early sleeper this could be an issue plus the perennial issue of street dogs barking as is the issue everywhere in India The property has tied up with a external restaurant for food & the restaurant opens only by 9am. This is not mentioned on the bookings.com website & if you want an early breakfast this is a problem particularly if you are having a medical issue such as diabetes . When I booked the room on Booking.com I didn’t get a without breakfast option thus forcing you to eat breakfast at the property but not before 9am!! They do have a in house option of toast but nothing else

Very central location within walking distance to the Golden Temple. They were always helpful with information and suggestions for an enjoyable stay.

It was very noisy as the stairway was tiled and the echo exaggerated people coming and going and talking.
