Great location and great hosts

The hotel is very close to the Golden Temple, Partition Museum and the memorial garden, all within 5 to 10 minutes walk. The hotel rooms are modern in appearance, albeit on the small side, but well decorated. There will always be technical issues in a busy hotel like OM SAI, but the staff are very quick to resolve problems as they occur. The staff are very attentive and approachable and full of useful information when approached regarding good places to eat, Tuk Tuk prices and arranging taxis etc........ in particular Abhinav is the go to man for useful local knowledge. Breakfast is very basic from a western point of view, but I would recommend trying one of the Indian breakfasts, we particularly enjoyed the Aloo Paratha.

We really enjoyed our stay. Nobody can control the barking dogs or the honking horns.

Good location, staff were hospitable.

Had to move to another hotel of theirs due to broken AC but it was near and they did it first free

I wish I had a lift

It was indeed a good deal due to so many reasons, firstly the location was great as it is just 2-3 minutes walking distance to Golden temple and Jallianwala Bag, secondly the staffs are really helpful and courteous for any kind of assistance and last but not the least the property was very neat and tidy. It is worth it and I am looking forward to stay here again if I visit Amritsar someday.

Rooms are without windows and the beds/linen is old. Does not deserve the ratings at all..
