Big clean room, friendly staff

Had to call reception every time i wanted to get in our our of the main door. Only had double beds

The location of this place is great! Just a short walking distance to the city centre where you can find great restaurant options and explore the city. The staff was also super helpful in accommodating us with a parking spot for our rental car.

Hot shower and comfortable beds, location.

Spacious room with large sofa, nice shower, decent breakfast Included, very comfortable bed, 24h reception, walking distance to center and withing range if your pickups.

Pretty cold room with no heating, unstable wifi, white powder kept falling from the ceiling all over so hard to keep bags and clothes clean, the bathroom ceiling was constantly leaking water.

The accommodation is located in the ancient town of Arequipa. The houses built with volcanic rocks are very unique and stylish.

Nice location, clean spacious room, good breakfast and helpful stuff

My room was a bit noisy because the windows went into the inner yard and most part of the day it was quite noisy

Happen to allow me to check in early with a fees, which I was more than happy with. Able to hold my luggage in the hotel for my trip away and put it in my room when I returned. Also with some problem with my phone, they went beyond to help me receiving my phone delivery back from the repair shop.

Probably with a kettle and some tea available in the room would be great

Spacious and spotless rooms that are cleaned daily, great breakfast buffet, and friendly staff that helped us check in early, arrange laundry and a birthday cake for my partner.
