Villa Sukara

Exceptional views, great hosting by Anamarie, very clean, pool area immaculate with the fun addition of 2 tortoises for company! No complaints, highly recommend.

Not a dislike but fair warning: the road up to the property from the town is seriously steep!

The owner was so welcoming and helpful . The apartment and pool so clean and comfortable. Abit of a steep walk back up from the town but worth it for the view and facilities.

Villa Sukara is located on a hill overlooking the sea. The views are astonishing and having a private pool was a real privilege. The accomodation was perfectly clean, the room was of a great size with a comfortable bed, big TV and all the facilities including a fridge-freezer, iron, coffee machine, a safe and a hair dryer. The host - Anamari was very lovely and attentive. She made us feel welcome and well taken care of. We can’t thank her enough. The accommodation is at a walking distance from Makarska centre and if you rent a car you can easily explore Dalmatia and visit Krka, Dubrovnik, Split and other towns and landmarks. We were totally astonished by the beauty of Croatia. When we visit again, we will surely stay at Villa Sukara again. It was one of the best holidays we have ever had!

Nothing - Villa Sukara has everything you need!

The property was very clean and well-equipped. The owner was available for any questions or requests. We had the most amazing view of the sea and the Makarska coastline.

There’s nothing we disliked about this property, the host or our holiday in Makarska. However as other reviewers have mentioned, the walk from the main port/coastal area to the Villa is uphill with a sharp incline. We enjoyed the walk every night - with daily ice cream in hands - but travellers need to be aware of this.

This apartment has everything that you need for a relaxed vacation. Kitchen in fully equipment and we didn't miss anything(we cooked every day),everything was clean and the view is spectacular. Surrounding of the villa is really beautiful and has a pool with the view. Host Anamari is very kind, helpful with anything that you need and very welcoming. I really reccomend visiting this villa, we will be back.

A little far from the beach

Host was very lovely and accommodating, our flight was delayed and the host waited for us till late into the evening to hand over keys. Was always asking if we needed anything and was always on hand to help, provided us with a complimentary bottle of champagne which was a nice touch. Overall enjoyable experience and the apartment was clean and the view was beautiful to wake up to every morning.
