owners are very friendly, supportive and generous. The room was clean, good AC, available washing machine with reasonable price. Motorbike for rental is available with good price. it is close to port, restaurent and market.

Everything was good, supportive. 7/10 soundproof. Internet's ok.

Repair the shower head, shower knob. Add electric sockets near the bed. Couple should need extra blanket.

Nothing since we didn't stay there because we booked a room with balcony and window but when we reached the lady in the reception wanted to give us a room with a tiny window facing the internal stairs, small and smelly and dark, with very Spartan design. When I told her that I booked a room with balcony she said that a room is a room, and there was no way to make her understand that I wanted the room which I booked. Since it was useless to talk to her and try to make her understand our problem, we left and asked her to cancel the booking since the error was from her side, I'm not sure she did it.

The thing a dislike the most was the reception's lady attitude, the fact that she wanted to place us in the room we didn't book and didn't like and try to play down our problem as we are throwing a tantrum because we are spoiled and we don't want to stay in the small stinky room which I didn't book. Moreover she didn't inform us in advance when we reached she wanted to register us right away but first I wanted to see the room, I had to ask her multiples time to see the room and she was pretending that she was not understanding. Only after I asked like 10 times she showed the room and I discovered that it was not the room I booked. Also this behaviour is rather suspicious.

The property was very clean in all 4 rooms that I booked. The manager, Ms. Hau, was very nice and helpful. The location is within walking distance of the market center (160m), where all the local restaurants are located. It is also just 1km away from the main attraction of the island, the rock arch formation known as Cong To Vo.

Not really a dislike, but rather my recommendations - Rooms with softer beds and more comfortable blankets are available for an additional cost is ok. - The air conditioner should have an air wing to direct the airflow (it was missing in my room's AC). - Bottled water, a water kettle, and drinking cups should be readily available inside the room, rather than requiring guests to request them or go downstairs to retrieve them.

The host of Ly Tri is really nice.

Super friendly staff, free pickup and drop off at the ferry port worked great. Clean rooms, hot water and crisp AC👍🏻 We were here during lunar new year so most restaurants were closed but the owner recommended us a place that was open :)
