It's ok to stay for one night. Kitchen can use, but dirty.

The lights in the garden are not bright enough at night, and weeds grow wildly, attracting many mosquitoes. There are white ants in the closet, not clean. Kitchen dirty. Checkout time should be 13:00 follow on booking.com, but the staff said we must checkout on 12pm, weird.

Staff was nice

A LOT of spiders in the room (like 10+), I checked the mattress as I always do for bed bugs, it was disgusting, lots of stains everywhere. No toilet paper, trash from the previous guests was still present. Floor was not clean and spider webs everywhere. The property was probably very cute a couple of years ago but now it looks abandoned, the ponds are not well cared for and the gardens is a mess. Kind of hard to get to, had to walk in a small alley with no clear indication of where it was until the last minute.

Very comfortable, large rooms, shower ok, bright, calm area, close to main road, friendly staff, offered cheap motorbike. <10 mins walk to beach

Abandoned decorative pond attracts mosquitos unfortunately, would be better to keep it dry. Without the pond the place would have been perfect for me.

Nothing

First, they charge the double that real price in booking. They have in all the rooms a letter with the real price. When I told him, he insist to charge me again more for an extra night. Second, he told me that breakfast was included. Next morning he told me was not. On the other hand I asked for rent a bycicle and he told me he will drive me all day if I want but no address for the bycicle. But the worst part was the uncomfortable moment asking me if I was single and if I want to go for dinner with him. If you are solo travel or even not DONT BOOK WITH THEM.

The garden could be well looked after but is nice.

The cleaning standard wasn’t the best. Looked like the bathroom was quickly rinsed but not cleaned properly (the soap of the previous guest was still there when we checked in). The pillow cases had stains. The duna was definitely dirty and we couldn’t use it. The towels didn’t look washed either. The person in charge wanted to charge us more than the price we booked it for (he apologised and accepted the agreed price later though).
