"good place to stay when you want a cheap and chill accommodation close to the beach!"

-the garden -comfortable bed -AC -close to the beach -soundproofed -lil terrace in the front

-hot water didn’t work -not as clean as I hoped -outdoor kitchen wasn’t really usable (dirty&unorganized)

First night we got HUGE roaches, spiders, and a centepide. Moved out next day.

Close to beach , good cheap food around location

Run down, not maintained, guy who runs it came to my room two biting a row and woke me up. I had to tell him not to do again

Air con didn't work so the room was really hot. there were 4 cockroaches in the room at one time, a LOT of ants and there was a crack in the ceiling that a lizard came through.

Mr. Vinh is such an amazing person. His energy and kindness made us enjoy our stay. The plants are amazing, the butterflies flying around make the place so magical. It's literally a stress free zone. Highly recommended!
