Beautiful home, very spacious. Great location.

The pool was nice

There was a roach in the cabinet. One shower was awful. Only 2 full baths for 14 people. Misleading on how many it actually slept. Had to put someone on a couch for the week.

The house was very nice. Everything was clean and all the rooms had labels. It was so easy to find items in the kitchen thanks to these labels. Plenty of pots and pans and dishes for our party. All bedrooms had TV's with Roku and were very comfortable. Lights and ceiling fans were labeled and had remotes. Two living areas, allowing the kids to hook up the XBOX and the other living space for TV viewing. Pool and beach towels, chairs, umbrellas provided. Even pool floaties. The pool was warm and clean. The back yard was cut, and we had no issues. The owner was great a communication. We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay! Would definitely stay here again.

The only thing I could say was a few more bathroom towels since we were there for the week. I usually use a clean washrag and hand towel everyday and I was wishing there was more. That is just my preference, not a complaint.

The owner replied promptly. The pool was clean. The neighborhood is quiet.

We have never rented a home that we have had to contact the management so often in a week. On the night we arrived, my brother-in-law went to bed and discovered someone or something (dog,cat) had urinated on the bed when his clothes were wet after laying down. A new mattress was sent to the house by the end of the week but how does that happen???? Probably 2/3rds of the dishes/pots/utensils in the house were dirty, greasy, or both. The complimentary soaps etc were missing. What was referred to as the “grill” was a dilapidated charcoal holder that did not work. The mattress covers on some of the beds are stained leaving your imagination to go crazy wondering what the stains were from. Mid week the dryer just stopped working. Again the owner was quick to respond but told me it was our fault because we must have pulled off the dial. He sent his “crew” (one man who did not speak English and was part of his cleaning staff) to check it the next day. He sent pictures to someone so it was then decided we must not be closing the door hard enough, or, we weren’t pushing the start button firm enough. By then it was the end of the week and the owner said he couldn’t get a tech out till next week. There were 8 college educated adults in the house and we have all used a dryer. It worked then it didn’t. The dryer is old and worn out. Period. In general the house is worn and dated also. While the pool looked nice it was a cold week and we never used it. The Friday before we left the pool person came. My husband was out there and he told him the bearings were going out of the pump and he shut it down. As I said it was a cold week so it did not affect us but FYI renter beware. As the other reviewers mentioned, the yard remains unkempt with junk in the corners. Also FYI this house is described as a 3 bathroom home. It actually has 2 full bathrooms and one 1/2 bathroom. We assumed and should not have.

Our host went above and beyond with helping us during our stay. We were vacationing at the same time Milton hit the area, so we had to evacuate. Our host kept in contact with us and made sure we were taken care of during the devestating time. Cant say enough about how they handled the situation!
