Sea Pearl Beachfront Villas - Anemone

We had an amazing stay at Anemone Seaview Villa. The villa was new, modern, very spacious, and had a great outdoor area with a large pool. All the bedrooms were comfortable and generously sized, and the location was perfect for us, only a few minutes by taxi to Ayia Napa city centre and a short walk to a quiet, almost private beach. What impressed us the most was the service. The Luxel Villas team responded within minutes every time, even late in the evening. Whenever we needed something, they were extremely helpful and came to the villa very quickly, including bringing small items at night and even arranging a completely new WiFi setup when the connection was slow. They also provided extra towels and supplies complimentary, which we really appreciated. Overall, the villa was fantastic, but the service made the stay exceptional. We would happily stay here again.

Few minor things, but Luxel villas resolved them very quickly

Willa naprawdę piękna. Przylecieliśmy wczesniej a mimo to nie było problemu z zostawieniem bagaży. Przed willami ok 3 min spaceru znajduje się mała ale jakże urocza plaża. Obsługa na najwyższym poziomie.Zglosilismy chęć korzystania z grila i w ciągu godziny przyjechał opiekun obiektu ze wszystkim czego potrzebowaliśmy Dom perfekcyjnie przygotowany i wyposażony . Polecam zrobić sobie zakupy w Lidl w miejscowości obok. My wypożyczyliśmy buggy 🛺 na pobyt i było to doskonałe rozwiązanie jeśli ktoś ma ochotę na zwiedzanie okolicznych atrakcji. Odległość do centrum Ayia Napa to dosłownie 20 min spacerem 🙂 Serdecznie polecam Ja osobiście napewno tam wrócę 😀

Everything was amazing at Sea Pearl Beachfront Villas - Anemone. We stayed 3 nights in Ayia Napa and honestly… the villa was insanely big. Perfect for 2 families, with more than enough space for everyone. Everything was included and the whole place just felt super luxurious from start to finish. Luxelvillas really did an amazing job. The location is quiet and relaxing, but the beach is literally within walking distance. Private pool as well…what more do you even need? Everything was clean, modern, and very well organized. We genuinely enjoyed every moment of our stay and we will definitely come back again. Highly recommended.

I LIKED THE FACT THAT IT HAD LOTS OFF COASTAL WALKS AND WAS NOT TO BUSY WITH LOADS OFF VILLAS

I didnt like that the outside pool was not heated so could not use which we would have used if we could get in it it was to cold or a hot tub would have bedn nice

Csodás hely igazi luxus villa

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this villa. It is great for a family or group of friends. The location is perfect, the villa itself is spacious and beautifully maintained and well equipped whereas all bedrooms are en-suite. The pool area is a highlight – big, private and clean. The service was outstanding as well; everything was handled smoothly. We’ll definitely be coming back!
