Very Big Condo with all needed applicances inside. Check was possible before check in time as our arrival time was early morning. Friendly host, the deposit was cancelled ontime without problems.

Amazing spacious house with 4 separate bedrooms each with a bathroom. Location is perfect, 5 mins walk from the beach and 5 mins drive from the center of Ayia Napa. There is a large pool, a beautiful relaxing garden and barbecue.

One bedroom is outside of the house, it is a guest room with a smaller bed. At the beginning I was sceptical and negative about it, however, at the end it was ok. The couple staying there enjoyed it. Strongly recommend a double bed in this room for more comfort and cozy.

Amazing pool villa, ideal for a group of friends. All amenities are there, including barbecue and coal, and if there is something missing friendly staff will bring it. They also allowed an early check in since we had an earlier flight. There is a beach just bellow the villa (not as good as Nissi, but reasonable if you want to go for a quick swim it will do). Not an urban neighbourhood, so there were no complains for reasonable level of music we were playing.

The property has a perfect location - 2 min walk to the small sandy beach. We had everything what we need for a relax and comfortable holidays on the villa, every small details were included.
