2 Bedroom apartment with Breathtaking Views!

I Loved everything the Seaview the atmosphere the safety and comfort and would love to stay there again in the future.

Braai area require attention

The view

Mattress springs poking out the mattress in the main bedroom. Twin mattresses also need replacing. Some Crockery chipped and cracked. Chef knives are blunt to the point they don't cut a tomatoes. The floor needs a good scrub. The bathroom wall is dirty. The couch needs replacing. If you sit on it you slide to the middle. The armrest is dented. The enternace door does not lock only the security gate which both need a lock of paint. The balcony is not clean and paint is peeling. Definately not worth what we paid. The windows don't close unless 2 people push them. The blind mechanisms don't work properly as the gears are broken. But I believe the blinds are closed because you can't see out the windows because they are filthy. Also the place is in Table View not Blouberg as it came up in the booking.com search. Photos are deceiving in appearance. Couch is not the same. Needs a complete update on site

The braai and cupboard underneath needs to be replaced - could not use ? Plug points in bedrooms in wrong place not accessible ?

Loved the location, it’s right by the beach and the views of the ocean, Table Mountain and the area are superb.

The responsiveness of the host, struggled to reach them to confirm the booking. The phone rang unanswered for two days. Seems to prefer treating their guests at arms length.
