2 Bedroom apartment with Breathtaking Views!

The view and the apartment was lovely.

The key was not in the lock box as the cleaners were still busy cleaning the apartment. This was not a problem however we were met by a very rude old white man that told us that this is private property and, was very at the dismissive at the front door to the building. I think he is the Property supervisor as I saw he was seated at reception when we did come in. This was such a horrible reception however the host was helpful. Property requires some maintenance. I have no problems with safety precautions and welcome it however, you cannot be so rude. Please teach him some etiquette.

The view is stunning, but the apartment is neglected

The towels had an awful smell!! The mattresses are so old the springs are protruding. I damaged my legs when climbing off the bed. Couch very uncomfortable! Not enough seating space in the lounge. The owner does not respond to messages.

The apartment needed some maintenance - missing curtains and bedside lamp, drawers were broken or loose and the electricity went off during our stay because the prepaid units ran out!

The apartment location & therefore view were fantastic! Convenient & cental to all amenities.

The host was very poor to non existent in his communication when reporting serious problems with the property. Viz. Electricity running out, Water running out & no Satellite TV as advertised. Streaming only possible if you have your own account. The main bedroom's clothing cupboards were used for the apartment's storage instead of the near empty linen cupboard, leaving very limited space to be shared ( with the ironing board as well) by a couple. NO communication from the host on arrival OR departure.
