Room with sea view

The balcony is the best part of the room, with two tables (we used it for breakfasts) and two sun beds. The view from there is fantastic, in particular during sunset. The room is small, but comfortable, with all the essential things u need (like fridge, a toaster, umbrella for the sun and also towels for the beach). Mina, the owner, was very kind and helpful. The position of the room is perfect, because it’s 5 minutes from the port and the centre of Paroikia (full of restaurants and gift shops).

It was a very clean and well equipped room. Mina, our host was really kind and helpful. The view from the private balcony was amazing! We enjoyed our time here. I would absulotely recommend this room.

We had a truly fantastic stay at this apartment. Mina our host was exceptional and went above and beyond for us - including giving us some delicious cake she had made! The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The biggest plus was the insanely large balcony with sweeping views over the port - we opted to stay here for a sunset drink instead of heading to a bar since the views were so incredible! It was also very close to where we were dropped off by the ferry, with restaurants etc a short drive or quick walk away. Would highly highly recommend staying here when visiting Paros!!

Upon our arrival to Paros, host Mina collected us from the port and helped us with our cases to the property. Mina had provided us with a hand baked cake, wine, beer, tea and coffee, bread, cheese, and a selection of cookies. The property is one room with a bathroom, and a huge private terrace. The property was an excellent location, an easy walk from the town centre, and also a short walk from the major bus routes. The room was very clean and nicely air conditioned. Mina arranged with us how often we would like the accommodation cleaned, and offered us a daily cleaning service. We opted for every second day, and the bedding and towels were replaced. The terrace had the BEST view of the water and sunset, and Mina was a delight.

The provided iron tripped the switches and cut the power, HOWEVER the host had this fixed within 20 minutes, despite this being at 10pm.

The room was perfect. It had everything we needed and Mina is an exceptional host who had left us lovely little treats and baking to welcome us. The bed was comfortable, and the terrace was stunning and it was amazing to have it to ourselves. It was only a short walk down to the restaurants and had a lovely view out to the water.

Large private roof terrace with everything we could need , homemade cake and biscuits. Tea and coffee facilities, ironing board and iron. Towels for beach provided and pick up.

The rooftop area was brilliant we could see all over Parikia ! It was very private could just do with a lock on the outside door into the rooftop area to stop guests coming up from other rooms! The room was small but beautiful you are given a choice how often you want your room cleaning and new bedding and towels ! Mina was an excellent host she picked us up from the port and dropped us off free of charge! Nothing is too much trouble for her! She also left us a bottle of wine ,water and juice in the fridge! Homemade chocolate and orange cake jar of cookies , toasts and jams also coffee and sugar ! These were such a personal touch I have never experienced before was a lovely welcome thanks Mina Lynn and Neil

Nothing it was all great and would definitely stay again if we visit Paros in the future

We had a wonderful stay! The room was cosy, modern and clean and the huge private terrace was just awesome. Mina was a great host and always tried to make our stay perfect. Thank you very much also for the transfer from and at the airport and the homemade cake. The location was really good (just 3 min by walk to center).
