Room with sea view

We had a great time here, the terrace makes it all! We almost didn’t want to leave since it was so nice to be at the terrace, the room also had everything we needed and was clean and nice. Mina, the host was super nice and had left some snacks and a homemade cake that was delicious.

First of all - very nice and helpful host - Mrs. Mina. Mina provided a transfer from the ferry to the apartament which was very kind of her. There were also some nice snacks, beverages and home made cake waiting for us in the room. Great roof top terrace with a sea view with all the necessary equipment (like a table with a set of chairs, 2 sunbeds, drying reck). Room was also equipped with a fridge, some basic kitchen stuff, beach sun umbrella, iron, hairdryer and beach towels. The room is being cleaned and the towels are being changed upon request (daily or once every 2 days, as the guests wish). The apartament is located in a newly restaurated building in a calm area yet very close to the Parikia old town (max. 10 minutes walk).

Mina the host was the best and so gracious! She's lovely, picked us up even though the ferry was very late and drove us back. Had beverages and snacks waiting for us. The room was small but had everything you need, the terrace was bigger and great views. I was sorry to only stay one night! Would recommend this place to all my friends

Extremely well designed and well equipped small apartment. The bed was comfy and the large beautifully furnished private roof terrace was exceptional. The sun loungers looked brand new and were comfortable and easy to move. Mina was very kind providing lots of lovely treats, including a delicious orange cake. She even lent me an umbrella as the weather was very wet the day I arrived. Easy walking distance to the sea front and centre of Parikia where there are lots of great restaurants. Excellent high end bakery/patisserie a couple of minutes walk away on the corner of the main road into the town centre.

The outdoor terrace is wonderful

We struggled with the room size,I think an outdoor sink with area to prepare food would be great. It would also be great for washing clothes. Terrace lights will be great once installed for evening.

Very friendly host, picked us from the port and gave us a very welcoming intro to Paros and to the studio. It had full of free goodies for the guests to use including drinks and cakes! The room itself was also amazing, had a massive terrace for our use to see the sunset!

Lovely accommodation if not a little compact, the bonus though is the large private rooftop terrace Mina the host was very kind and picked us up from the port and left us goodies in our room. Would definitely recommend
