The condition of the hotel was sad & in need of decoration

Amazing value for money and included a great breakfast.

Hotel was easy to find. On a bus route. Breakfast was good. Staff pleasant.

8.30am Breakfast. Que was round the corner in reception.

Good location, free parking and decent breakfast included. £30 for a night is very reasonable with a bus stop close by and only a short walk to town.

Very dated throughout, some of the hallway doors has plastic sheets held on with gaffer tape and a window had cardboard over it. Did someone smash the glass? The single room (18) was small but comfortable , but really needs a refurbishment and a proper deep clean. Main issue was the shower was stone cold, but hot water was working on the sink? There were trip hazards left on the hallway during room preparation, but all the staff were friendly.

breakfast was okay. the staff Raquel was very good and nice. she served us well. thanks to her,

the 1st room that they gave us was wasn;t that good and he toilet seat not that clean. I have to clean it myself. the location of the restaurant i/m not happy, i have a bad legs and back, my hubby had a bad knee and you have to go down by stairs. no lift. some some are not charming and not even smile. only Raquel who was a nice and charming lady, we had to transfer to another room which was little but it was bit fine until that night saw some ants crawling in the bath room. the shower was no good in the bath tub, the water cannot rise up and i ave to bend down so there will be water. i had a back and waist pain. it takes me long to finish my shower due to water problem. tap so low. wifi is NO good. on the booking . com specified there is wifi but when you are inside the room there was no wifi, you have to go out and stay at the reception, breakfast time was too late start at 8:30 till 900am. it would be nice to start early like 7 am so we can go out and catch the time you want to go, when you finish breakfast. almost half of the day was wasted.
