booking the hotel arriving and booking in was quick and straight forward

it was rather busy at breakfast we had one waitress for about 22 customers she was rushed off her feet took a long time for our orders to be taken but it arrived quickly and was hot. the coach party side had 2 waitresses and they were over busy as well. I think at least one more member of staff would of made things run more smoothly.
