Our stay at this villa was simply wonderful. The villa is very cozy and clean. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and kind. Upon our arrival, they treated us to wine and juice. The owner checked in with us every day to see how we were doing and if we needed any assistance. He also shared information about local popular places, which was very helpful. On the second day of our stay, he brought us a watermelon. The owner also helped us arrange a transfer, which was twice as cheap as the service provided by Bolt. I celebrated my birthday at the villa, and it was the best decision ever. The cozy atmosphere, warm and clean pool, barbecue, spacious living room, air conditioners in each room, and the overall homey and unforgettable ambiance made it a perfect celebration. I also want to share an experience we had. On my birthday, we planned to take a boat ride in the evening but didn't realize that water activities nearby only operated until 6 PM. The owner arranged with another service, organized a taxi, and did everything to help us. We are very grateful for this.

The host was very friendly! Excellent! Always was interested if everything is okay. Our flight was arriving quite late and host helped us with taxi from airport to villa. Also helped us with getting food what we asked to have a good dinner! Host had bought for us excellent fresh food, took for us great and delicious watermelon from plant while we were staying, left for our arriving a little gift - wonderful bottle of wine. What I want to say - host is very caring, offering the best variations, food - everything! They are giving their best! Villa is absolutely fabulous! We felt ourselves like home! Villa location is also great - everything what we needed was near - markets, bus stop, beaches, sights. We had a wonderful vacation at the Casa de Nicole! Panayiotis and Anatolia are absolutely great host! It was such a pity to leave. If we will come back to Cyprus, our choice is absolutely obvious- Casa de Nicole!

I don’t normally leave reviews as I feel it should be standard that you get a good service for the money you pay but I feel this property and hosts deserve a good review. The property was amazing and looked every bit as good as the pictures, the pool is as good size and spotless and the villa has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The best part of the stay were the hosts, we had a problem with one of the aircon units and it was replaced the next day including the unit on the roof which was a very quick service and seems no expense spared. The host would pop by and check if everything is ok and also had a bottle of wine and some fruit waiting for us when we arrived which was unexpected. We also arrived back from the local beach to a fresh water melon waiting for us. The villa is about a 20 minute walk to the main strip and a 5 minute walk to an amazing beach Will definitely be booking again for next year

Fabulos villa in a quite location close to many beautiful beaches of Protaras. Great pool, barbeque area, 3 airconditioned bedrooms each with its own bathroom (!) at this clean and comfortable villa made us feel like home. Super accommodating hosts were ready to provide and help with anything we needed, 5 stars service!
