I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful villa, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome and stunning views that took our breath away. The villa itself is spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The outdoor area was a true highlight—perfect for relaxing by the pool or enjoying meals on the terrace while soaking in the sunset. The location is fantastic, with easy access to local attractions and beaches. The host was incredibly helpful, providing great recommendations for activities and restaurants in the area. Overall, this was a perfect getaway, and I can't wait to return! Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

Lovely villa , very clean and spacious. Location gives easy access to Ayia napa and the coast along Protaras. Host very responsive and went above and beyond to deal with all our requests

It’s a very nice and warm place to have a holiday with friends and family. It is more recommended for the family due to the very quiet location. The villa was in a clean, the pool was cleaned on next day of our arrivals. The bottle of vine with fruits and some water in the fridge was really nice and absolutely needed on a very hot summer day. As for the accommodation itself, it was simply fantastic. It was clean and the space was so inviting and cozy . We loved taking advantage of the pool and barbequeu, which were both clean and well-maintained. The villa is also well located, close to amenities, such as supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants. It is also a short walk from the beach. We had an absolutely amazing stay at this Villa hosted by very helpful and attentive host Panikos. He was coming every day to ask if we need anything and if he can help us to have a nice time.

Toilet paper was only for 1 day then you have to buy it. The shower have problems draining system. Nevertheless, it was very minor points for our stay.

The owners are super friendly and ready to help you with everything you need. Also the house was as expected and there was everything available what you need for a comfortable stay.

Just the pillow was not mine.. But fortunately my brother brought us 2 from home. If you are used to low pillows… :)
