What an amazing villa. A very well-kept and clean home for me and my family. Our favourite parts were the decent sized-living area, plenty of bathrooms, and best of all the swimming pool.

One air conditioner didnt work and after a few days, the toilet paper was already used

It was very neat and clean, better than expected.

+ Location: minutes away from main beaches and Protaras center by car. + Owner was very helpful with recommendations of places to eat, beaches and other attractions to visit. He was also very responsive to our requests.

We stayed here for a week. There are pictures from multiple villas on the site, we stayed in villa 31, no view of the hills or the sea. The owner said he gave us the best villa from the three superior ones, with more space outside, but: - Cleanliness: very dissapointing, unlike what the reviews said. When we arrived pool was dirty, yellow stained, even after the owner called for the pool guy, it still looked dirty and yellow on the bottom. In one of the days I saw a cleaning lady at the nearby villa rinsing the cleaning rag in the pool… so gross. Towels didn’t look cleaned, they were stained. We asked for a new set of towels after 3 days, the towels they brought were also stained and dirty. We ended up washing them ourselves, thanks to having a washing machine available. Dinning table was sticky and peeling, bathrooms looked old and moldy. - Facilities: lots of the facilities were broken or dirty. The pool I was afraid to use, being pregnant, even after the pool guy came and gave it another clean, it still looked yellow on the bottom and dirty. There was a missing shower door in our room, so there was always water on the floor, a hazard for us and our toddler as well. Also, the shower head from the other room broke or got clogged with limescale or something, because it wasn’t running water anymore and made a loud noise when open so it wasn’t unusable after that. Microwave didn’t heat food, I tried heating some food for our toddler but after 5 minutes of microwaving, food was still completely cold. Electric kettle was rusty on the inside, we couldn’t risk using it.

The villa is as described, and having the use of washing machine, dishwasher, good aircon all adds to the experience. The villa is close to a quiet beach cove with a beach bar which suited us perfectly and although the main town of Protaras is a distance, the bus stop is just at the end of the road and buses are very regular so not a problem. You can easily walk to the nearest taverna or shop. The hosts are very accommodating and helped us with all our enquiries very quickly.

Nothing we didn’t like.

Very clean. Very nice and helpful owners. There was a snack in the fridge, and the next day the owner brought watermelon. Clean and illuminated pool. I really recommend it

The house was very clean and comfortable, with all the necessities for a pleasant stay. Panagiotis, the owner, was very polite and helpful.

The bathroom sinks were very small, but then again, who cares when everything else was super nice!!!
