Nice small villa with 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, nice swimming pool, nice living room. Excellent location close to the best beaches. Very kind and always available hosts. Good coverage of WiFi

Slow WiFi but there's good 5G coverage. Very small bedrooms where it's difficult to open the trolley.

"Spacious villa, equipped with everything needed for great holiday!"

Modern villa in quiet new neighbourhood, close to Protaras centre and beautiful beaches. The house has great yard with a pool, barbecue and seating area. Great view from the roof terrace! Available free parking spaces. Big living and dining room,3 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms and full equipment kitchen. The host is one of the most responsible I have ever met, he was helping us with everything we needed, answering all the requests we had, recommending us places and activities and made our holiday unforgettable! I will definitely come back in the summer season!

Beautiful, very comfortable house. View of the sea from the roof terrace. Very nice and helpful hosts. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Using the swimming pool in February is not for everyone, but I used it anyway. Beautiful area for walking along the sea.

The hosts were amazing. The property itself is a clean modern family villa very tastefully decorated and situated very close to both the strip and the beach, very convenient. I'll still recommend hiring a car to get around. (I went in February and it was a lifesaver) even in the summer months it just makes experiencing the island that bit better. Already planning to come back this summer. I know what its like with endless villa comparisons, book with confidenc!!

Quiet place to stay, self check in, great hosts.

The water heater was slow and in October we took shower with cool water. Which is probably not an issue in summer.

"Relaxing place to stay in a lovely part of Cyprus"

Really lovely property, with plenty of room. It was clean and the pool was a very welcome bonus, to contend with the Cyprus sun

No issues at all, other than access to local restaurants, of which most are a 20+ minute walk away. There are however still some good places to eat nearby, but a bit more limited than in main town Protaras.
