Near Bryce Canyon

​I have shared these concerns directly with the owners, who have committed to making improvements. However, my experience was below expectations: ​Check-in issues: No entry codes sent in advance. We waited 30 minutes and had to use international mobile data to reach the host (and even help other guests in the same situation). ​Poor maintenance: The curtain rod fell on my head when used, and the toilet paper holder was broken. ​Cleanliness: The room was not well-cleaned; the duvet cover was badly stained and quite off-putting. ​Not hiker-friendly: Despite the claim to welcome hikers, breakfast starts at 7:30 AM, which is much too late for early departures.

We booked the trailer but there was a problem with this so they gave us a log cabin which was nice . The only issue was that they didn’t let me know this until very late in the day when I didn’t have much data and the cabin was not at the same address as the b&b so it was very difficult to find in the dark. Otherwise the cabin was spacious. The breakfast was good too with freshly made eggs and pancakes, cereals and yogurt. To improve some fresh fruit would have been good but for the price it was good

Das Zimmer ist grundsätzlich sehr geräumig.

Bei Ankunft (gegen 21:30) in einem völlig düsteren Hof gelandet (wussten nicht mal ob wir richtig sind) keinen Zugangscode erhalten, keine Rezeption oder Ansprechpartner vor Ort Telefonnummer war nach mehrmaligen anrufen erst erreichbar extrem hellhörig (Spalt unter der Zimmertür ca. 6cm), selten so ein dreckiges Zimmer gesehen (sind lediglich auf Grund der späten Uhrzeit "gezwungenermaßen" geblieben) Haare + Fleck im Bett (fragwürdig ob es nach dem letzten Gast gewechselt wurde)

Location

Clean room and good breakfast, but several issues affected our stay. There was no one to receive us on arrival, making check-in confusing. We were also called just 15 minutes before check-in to change our room from a king to a queen, which was disappointing. The walls are very thin so noise from neighboring rooms was easily heard.

Le cote impersonnel de l’accueil, le fait de ne pas avoir recu d'email de confirmation, ni de réponses aux messages envoyés via la plate-forme booking et la propreté de la chambre.

PESSIMA ASSISTENZA CLIENTI DA PARTE DEI PROPRIETARI. Avrebbero dovuto mandarmi una mail contenente le informazioni per il check in il giorno prima, mail mai ricevuta. Il giorno stesso del check in li contatto parecchie volte tramite la chat di booking, mail, messaggi, telefonate. Non ho MAI ricevuto risposta. Abbiamo atteso quasi un'ora fuori dalla struttura aspettando una risposta per accedere, risposta mai arrivata. Per fortuna ad un certo punto abbiamo incontrato la signora delle pulizie che dopo una mezz'ora ci ha accompagnato alla nostra stanza. In tutto ciò i proprietari non si sono mai degnati di rispondermi.
