Good location about 20 minutes from the Bryce entrance. Excellent homemade breakfast.

There was no one there during check-in – a little awkward for a bed-and-breakfast. The room was decent enough, but very sparse.

Comfy bed, big room, fridge in room, lovely staff, nice breakfast.

We did not have air conditioning as noted in the room description - just a fan. Maybe they have something later in the year, but it was 86 degrees in March and needed for better sleep (we had to keep the windows open which meant noise).

The lady who cooked breakfast was an excellent cook. She has also very nice. A+

Bed were not comfortable. Photos were misleading online, we had the impression it would be more than one room.
