1-Star Review: Worst Experience – Reservation Canceled Without Notice! I had a terrible experience with this hotel. I booked my stay well in advance, only to arrive and find out that my reservation had been canceled without any notification! No email, no call—nothing. After a long journey, I was left stranded with no accommodation, and the staff offered no real assistance or apology. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Avoid this place if you don’t want to risk being left without a room at the last minute!

The rooms were excellent and very clean. The location is great. I highly recommend this place.

Our stay at Hotel Aakash Ganga was very bad. Rooms are not as shown in pictures on Booking.com site. The bathroom had no sink. There was a sink at the terrace, but there was no running water. Bathroom itself was very old and used, really needs renovation (see pictures) Room had an extra door, which could not be locked. This door could be reached by anyone. The lever of this door could not be shoved for locking, there was a hole in the wall.(see picuteres) Blankets offered for covering at night were dusty. Beds have very hard mattresses. Shower with cold water. After our request to make hot water available, a problem with the water heater occured (heater installed in hallway next to the room). While using the hot water in the shower, all dirty and dusty water came running out of the heater. All dirt arrived in the bathroom, which was connected to the hallway by a hole in the wall. (see pictures) This hotel should be shut down, or needs to be renovated. The amount of money asked for the hotelroom is inappropriately high. After one night we left. We asked for a refund of our money (we had to pay the total amount for 3 nights in advance), they first refused. They said we could not check out without contacting Booking.com and ask them a refund. After having contact with a very helpfull employee of Booking.com, they admitted to let us go and refunded the money for the two other nights that were booked.
