The room is very small and suffocated. No area of fresh air . very conjusted washroom. I dont like anything regarding the hotel. First the reception guy took too long for booking confirmation. then called another guy for processing. Incompitenet staff.

The person who is at reception. I booked king suite and they provided me a small room. Full of adjustments sales and they cancel the booking.com reservation and deal with customer direct. They will provide your room if you delay to come after 6 PM (reason), I came next day with new reservation at the checking time (15:00), they said no reservations and booking.com is mad, “Go to hell booking.com”
