المكان بعيد عن المسجد النبوى لو الفندق عنده باص لتوصيل النزلاء الى المسجد النبوى هيكون افضل بكثير وسيكون خيار ممتاز بالرغم من مميزات الفندق فانا لا ارغب فى النزول الى الفندق مرة اخرى لبعده عن المسجد النبوى

We arrived at 9:30 pm and the hotel told us that we are late and wanted to cancel our booking saying that the check in is from 3 to 4 pm! Totally nonsense as the check in is till midnight in any hotel. After 2 hours of talking with them and even asked to speak to a manager but he didn't respond, they gave us tiny room as they gave our original booked room to someone else!! The staff were unprofessional and rude. They don't clean the rooms. The location is also far -around 25 mins to ElHaram. Extremely disappointing experience!
