Firstly, I had reserved a royal suite, as it was presented on the booking application. Upon my arrival, I discovered that the room provided was a standard one. I expressed my dissatisfaction, and the customer service representative offered an explanation, noting that this was not the first instance of a guest raising this particular concern. I discussed the matter with customer service, and I was informed that it is the owner's policy to display the royal room on the booking application, but guests who book it are typically assigned a standard room. Additionally, I found that the bedroom was not clean, and the floor was rather dirty. Secondly, the booking application indicated that the distance between the hotel and downtown was 2 miles. However, I found the actual distance to be more than 8 kilometers, which is significantly different from what was stated on the booking application.
